Shirish Sharma: Principal, Founder
Over 16 years experience in business consulting and information technology in the pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automotive, and financial industries. His emphasis on enterprise strategy, e-solutions leadership and customer-centric solutions has enabled clients to meet their objectives while realizing process efficiencies and adapting to ever-evolving customer lifecycles. His engagement approach joins operational know-how with technology expertise and resources, resulting in a unique ability to partner with client’s management team to build successful enterprise solutions that create significant value. Mr. Sharma holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston. In his current role, Mr. Sharma is responsible for new business development, client relationship management and strategic partnership development functions at Element.

Vijay Murty: Principal, Vice President Delivery
Over 15 years of experience in building collaborative relationships in the service, manufacturing, aerospace, and health care industries that has resulted in measurable positive outcomes. He has been instrumental in formulating global outsourcing strategies for many large corporations. His consultative approach towards technical engagements has been pivotal in developing effective business solutions for the client organizations. He holds a bachelors degree from Mysore University, India and is a certified project management professional. In his current role, Mr. Murty is responsible for solutions delivery, overseeing the enterprise application solutions development, integration and maintenance of critical client business solutions. Mr. Murty also consults clients in business intelligence, customer segmentation and analytics to bring quantitative results for client initiatives.

Pavi Sah: Principal, Vice President Operations
Over 12 years of experience in management and business solutions for a wide variety of clients spanning Technology services, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Automotive industries. She brings to her clients an ability to integrate latest industry trends and best practices to deliver highly relevant business solutions. Ms. Sah received her MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. In her current role, Ms. Sah is responsible for driving the company’s operations; administration, employee management and executing the company’s long-term strategy focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence throughout our internal value chain. She oversees company operations, and her primary responsibility is to maximize our internal operational performance and cost effectiveness.

Vinay Chegu: Director, Country Head India
Over 15 years of experience in sales and business development in software products, IT solutions, services and applications. His professional experience spans all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation of prospective domestic and international clients, to closing sales and developing distribution channels, while developing solid and long-term relationships. A firm believer in “Lead by Example” style for driving success and scaling for growth, Vinay has a proven record of increasing revenue, building strategic relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and driving corporate value. Vinay is very well versed in setting up Sales Organizations irrespective of Inside Sales, direct and channel sales from ground zero. In his current role, Vinay will be responsible for setting up the India Operations starting with building a rock solid Inside Sales team and US Recruitment. Vinay holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Mysore University and a Post Graduate Diploma from NIIT, Bangalore. Additionally, he is a Bullet Proof Manager certified by Crestcom International Inc, Colorado, USA, and a e-Business Engineer certified by Everest Software, Inc.
