New Jersey based Element Technologies Inc. today announced the release of IECMS (Integrated
Event Customer Management System) customized for Diageo (www.diageo.com
)
Diageo is the world's leading premium drinks business whose brands include Johnnie
Walker, Crown Royal, J&B, Windsor, Buchanan's and Bushmills whiskies, Smirnoff,
Ciroc and Ketel One vodkas, Baileys, Captain Morgan, José Cuervo, Tanqueray and
Guinness . Diageo will use the customized version of IECMS for customer data
management at its hosted events.
This customized version will work on hand-held devices from Motorola. Further versions
of IECMS will be developed to work of various other hand-held devices.

Element Technologies ventures into the hand-held event management space

New Jersey based Element Technologies Inc. today announced the development of IECMS
(Integrated Event Customer Management System).
IECMS provides a complete solution for Customer Management at hosted Events. The
Product has web components, Desktop components and hand-held device components that
exchange data to provide the users with a versatile solution that can be customized
to various needs.
The initial version of IECMS will be developed to work on hand-held devices from
a single vendor. Subsequent versions will have the enhancements to work with devices
from multiple vendors. A heterogeneous network with devices from different vendors
is also planned.
