Integrated Event and Customer
Management System (IECMS)
IECMS is an integrated product from
Element Technologies Inc. that provides
a complete solution for Customer Management
at hosted Events. The Product has web
components, Desktop components and hand-held
device components that exchange data
to provide the users with a versatile
solution. IECMS is an end-to-end product
for Event Managers to reach out to their
target audience and to conduct more
effective surveys at the events.
IECMS provides a plug-in that can be
placed on the customer's website to
guide target audience to register online
and to RSVP for the event. The information,
along with the customized surveys, is
then transferred to handheld devices
which can be carried into the hosted
events. The handheld devices can register
new users either by filling the form
on the handheld or by scanning in their
Driver's license. User responses to
the pre-loaded surveys can be entered
on the devices. All the data on the
handheld devices is synchronized with
the base terminal currently by physical
interconnect (to be wireless in the
next version).
The system has built-in analysis and
reporting tools that create valuable
views to understand the customers attending
the events. Licenses for IECMS are available
from Element Technologies to satisfy
various needs from Campaign specific
Licenses to Enterprise-wide License.
